Cullen Sauer is a graduate of South Plains College where he studied music production. While attending college, Cullen also obtained his real estate license.

Upon graduation, Cullen returned to Fredericksburg where he divides his time between working in real estate and pursuing his passion for music.

As a lifelong resident of Fredericksburg, he is familiar with the history and culture of the area.
